1.1. In principle, our terms and conditions and the privacy policy also apply to bookings with a discount code.
2.1. Each discount code can only be used once per booking and per customer.
2.2. Only one discount code can be used per reservation.
2.3. It is not possible to combine different discount codes or discounts.
2.4. If an offer has already been reduced, for example through a so-called
online price, the use of a discount code is not possible.
2.5. A cash payment or any other offsetting of discount codes is not possible.
2.6. Discount codes issued personally to customers are excluded from resale,
assignment is not permitted.
3.1. The period of validity of the discount codes is limited and is named
with the respective discount code.
3.2. When the validity period expires, the discount code is invalid.
3.3. An extension is not possible.
4.1. If applicable, a minimum price is always given with the detailed information of the respective discount code. In the event of a subsequent cancellation of travel components and the associated shortfall of the minimum price, we reserve the right to invoice the difference between the reservation with a discount code and the reservation without a discount code.
5.1. If you make use of your right of withdrawal or if the trip or service is canceled for other reasons, only the reduced and already paid travel price will be reimbursed. There is no entitlement to a refund of the discount code or to a new discount code.
6.1. If a reservation to which a discount code is applied consists of several individual services, we reserve the right to distribute the discount proportionally to all booked services.
7.1. If one of the booked services to which the discount code related cannot be performed (e.g. due to bad weather), there is no entitlement to a refund of the value of the discount code or to a new discount code.
8.1. When new conditions appear, the previous ones automatically. 8.2. When a new price list appears, the previous one automatically expires.
9.1. The ineffectiveness of individual provisions of the conditions does not lead to the ineffectiveness of the entire conditions. 9.2. Ineffective provisions are replaced by those that come closest to the ineffective and are legally permissible.
