The catering at Casa Vento on Madeira is aimed at our weekly guests who have booked an active trip with
us (for example active vacation, adventure trip, canyoning vacation, etc.). During the week's trip, full board
consists of a daily breakfast, a daily packed lunch and an evening meal, which we eat together six times
a week. You can use one evening to create your own culinary creations.
Your catering in Madeira rests on three pillars:
In the morning, a rich breakfast buffet awaits you with all sorts of delicacies such as rolls, coffee, tea,
alternating eggs in different variations, spreads and vegetables, fresh fruit and much more.
To fortify you during the day, I will prepare your individually put together packed lunch, which includes a
sandwich, a drink, a piece of fruit and a muesli or chocolate bar. On six evenings we invite you to a nutritious
dinner in good company, including free, non-alcoholic drinks. You can get a delicious wine or a cold beer from us
for little money. On two evenings I serve you dinner in our house - sometimes with a starter and sometimes with
a dessert on our terrace, with a wonderful sea view. On the other days we go to the restaurant together, where I
have reserved a menu for all of us in advance (the food and table water are of course included in the price of
the trip). On your day off you can organize your own culinary evening.

Go to breakfastYour lunch package, put together for you personally, consists of a deliciously filled baguette, a chocolate or muesli bar, a variety of fruit and a refreshing drink. You can book the packed lunch every day or, as you wish, only on individual days for your excursions on the flower island.
To the packed lunchIn the evening we will spoil you with a delicious dinner. The main course alternates with a starter or dessert. On the first and last evening we eat at our house and the rest in the restaurant. I will reserve a corresponding menu for us. On your day off, you can plan you dinner of yourself.
More about dinnerFor special occasions, we like to fire up the grill on our terrace with a sea view and roast juicy meat, various crunchy vegetables and serve salads, fried potatoes, a garlic dip, our famous baked cheese and much more, which makes for a convivial barbecue -Evening is part of it.
Happening BarbecueAnother highlight for special days is our raclette treat. Various ingredients such as onions, corn, peppers, zuchini, meat, beans and much more are laid out on the table. There are also potatoes, bread and some dips to accompany your raclette. The sweet dessert is the icing on the cake for this evening.
